FERONIX FLOORX is an advanced Industrial Floor Coating based on Si-PU Silicone-Modified Polyurethane technology, specially designed for RCC and concrete floor protection. This two-component floor coating provides a tough, durable and hard-wearing surface capable of withstanding chemical exposure, abrasion, scratches, impact and mechanical traffic. Its self-priming formulation simplifies application by combining priming and coating functionality in one system, while its 100% solids technology helps eliminate curing shrinkage and provides a high-build protective film. As a 100% solids floor coating, FERONIX FLOORX provides a significant advantage during application because the wet film thickness is maintained as the final dry film thickness after curing. The coating creates a seamless and durable surface suitable for areas exposed to industrial traffic and mechanical wear. Its easy-to-clean and non-slip characteristics make it suitable for factory floors, warehouses, workshops, industrial facilities, production areas, garages, maintenance areas and other RCC/concrete surfaces. How to Apply

Prepare Surface
Remove oil, grease, and loose particles. Ensure concrete/RCC surface is dry and sound.

Mix Part A + Part B
Mix in 4:1 ratio (4 parts Base : 1 part Hardener). Stir until uniform.

Apply
Apply using roller, brush or airless spray uniformly to the surface.

Pot Life
Use the mixed material within 30 - 40 minutes.

Drying
Touch dry in ~60 minutes. Hard dry in ~12 hours. Full cure in ~48 hours.

Ready for Traffic
After full cure, floor is ready for foot traffic, equipment and vehicles.
