ABOUT FERONIX MARKLINE

FERONIX MARKLINE is a premium two-component Si-PU (Silicone-Modified Polyurethane) floor marking coating engineered for durable, high-visibility lines and markings on RCC and concrete floors. Its 100% solids formulation provides a thick, seamless and hard-wearing protective film with excellent resistance to chemicals, abrasion, scratches, impact and mechanical traffic. The self-priming system needs no separate primer on properly prepared surfaces, and the non-slip, semi-gloss finish is ideal for traffic lanes, safety zones, pedestrian walkways and designated areas in factories, warehouses, workshops, parking areas and forklift lanes. Under normal service conditions, a single coat can provide approximately 02–03 years of protection.

Application Process

Prepare Surface
Ensure the RCC/concrete surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease and loose material.

Mix Components
Mix Part A + Part B in a 4:1 ratio (for 5 kg) and thoroughly homogenize before application.

Apply
Apply directly to the prepared surface using a roller, brush or airless spray.

Mark the Floor
Create required floor lines, traffic lanes, safety zones, pedestrian walkways and designated areas.

Drying
Touch dry in approximately 60 minutes and hard dry in approximately 12 hours.
6
Full Cure
Allow approximately 48 hours for full curing before subjecting the coating to full traffic.
