ABOUT FERONIX RUSTCON

FERONIX RUSTCON is a professional tannic acid-based rust converter developed for treating heavily rusted iron and steel surfaces without requiring complete removal of firmly adhered rust by grinding or sandblasting. As a single-component, ready-to-use water-based rust converter, it provides a convenient solution for industrial maintenance, automotive restoration, marine corrosion protection and metal refurbishment applications. The formulation chemically reacts with iron oxide and converts suitable rust into a stable iron-tannate phosphate protective coating, helping reduce further internal corrosion and providing a suitable base for subsequent protective painting. FERONIX RUSTCON is particularly useful as a heavy rust converter where abrasive blasting or extensive mechanical surface preparation is difficult or costly. It can be used as a marine rust converter for suitable steel structures exposed to saltwater, humidity and moisture, as well as a chassis rust converter for heavily rusted automotive underbodies and vehicle components. Its water-based formulation provides a practical alternative for rust-treatment applications where users require a ready-to-use rust conversion chemical that can be applied directly to appropriately prepared rusted metal.
